Strawberry came into the rescue pregnant, had her 3 babies and was foster mom to one other.  She is a wonderful mom to her babies =)  They are all very sweet like she is.

Strawberry has been spayed and is ready to find that final forever home that will love her to pieces.  We have also reintroduced her foster baby Dumbledore to see if she would like a companion now thats shes been spayed.  They LOVE each other.  They groom each other, lay in the litter box together and just seem to really enjoy each others company.  If you are looking for a great pair of rabbits these might be the ones for you!! Update 10/3/11:  Strawberry was spayed 3 weeks ago and we have re-introduced one of her babies to try and pair them up and so far so good!  They have been curled up together in their litter box and have been grooming each other.  Both Dumbledore & Strawberry are very sweet and seem to have the same personality.  Dumbledore was actually one of Hazel's babies but she wouldnt feed him so we moved him over to Strawberry when he was 2 days old and hes been her baby ever since.   So if you are looking for a great pair of rabbits Strawberry and Dumbledore might be the ones for you!! 

 

Breeds are always our "best guess" based on experience, weight, vet sugestions, and other factors.

Adopters must be close enough to bring rabbits back to CARE for spay/neuter if not already done. A $50 Neuter deposit is required in addition to the adoption fee. Once the spay/neuter is complete the deposit will be refunded.

All rabbits receive a veterinary exam and are spay/neutered through CARE. Each rabbit is fed a high quality rabbit pellet, timothy hay, and fresh fruits and vegetables.
