Maxx acts like a king and feels his crown should never be removed or even nudged for that matter. He was spoiled and allowed to rule the roost in his prior home. He felt it was his job to discipline the 2 ADHD boys who irritated him, and that cost him his home and almost his life. Maxx simply needs a firm and Lhasa savvy owner. He is strong willed but intelligent enough to know how to work it to his advantage until shown the correct way, firmly yet gently. He is crate trained and housetrained. Chases cats and dislikes children. He is a serious boy yet plays occasionally with toys. Maxx does well with other dogs....medium ones seem to be the ones he clicks best with; larger and smaller ones make him a bit nervous but he soon moves past it. He is not a big barker and would do fine in an apartment.

All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
