Pleiades is an awesome boy with gorgeous eyes. As you can see from his pictures, he's always wearing a huge grin on his face! Pleiades is house trained and crate trained. Just say "go to bed", and he will run into his crate and get comfy. He LOVES his crate. He is one of the best listeners! You don't have to ask him twice. He has a sort of regal gait when he's running but don't let that fool you. He can be a big clown who truly embraces the fun things in life - like chasing butterflies in the yard! Such a goof ball! He has lived with cats and rabbits and loved to kiss the cat on the head. His perfect home would be laid back and mellow because loud and boisterous makes him nervous, and with a fenced yard (he loses track of where he's at when he's chasing butterflies). He would also do great with another doggy friend to pal around with.

Pleiades was originally from a litter of bottle fed puppies raised in a home with small children, cats, and other dogs. He was adopted but is in need of a new home now due to bad luck. His adopters loved him and called him "PD" for "Perfect Dog". Unfortunately, the neighbor was not a dog lover, and he was returned in the name of peace. All dogs receive a rabies vaccine, distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE. If old enough, dogs are tested for Heartworms and treated by CARE if positive. A completed adoption application and home visit are required to adopt a dog. We do adopt out of state.
