I was found on June 6 wandering a neighborhood in northeast Columbia.  My previous owner did not want me, so my foster family is helping me find a loving family who will add some sparkle to my sad eyes.
 
I am a male walker hound who is about 2 years old.  I currently weigh 51 lbs and need to gain about 10 more lbs. I am a very sweet, gentle, and loving boy.  The only noise I make is I give a little happy cry (and thump my tail) when I see human friends.  I love to be petted and to curl up on a big fluffy pillow to sleep.  I am starting to show a little more energy on my walks, but I am still very low key (definitely not rambunctious). I appear to be house broken—no accidents yet.  I am good with other dogs and seem to be good with cats (I saw one at the vet’s office and had no reaction).  My foster family does not have any young children, so they don’t know how I am around them (but overall I am extremely gentle).  I just got a bath and my shots—all I need now is a forever family who will show me what it is like to be loved and cared for.
