Cleo was dumped in the country and was very skinny and starving for attention! Cleo is now healthy, up to date on vet care and filled out (maybe too filled out!). Cleo, aka Piglet, is a very happy girl; always smiling and wagging her tail. If she was a person, she'd be a Wal-Mart greeter. She is always the first to greet people at adoption days, and she loves to sit back and people watch.

Cleo is currently working with her foster mom on basic obedience training. She will do anything to get petted and has already learned Sit and Down. She is housetrained and crate trained. She loves her crate and goes in there whenever she wants to take a nap. She even knows how to open it from the outside to let herself in. She uses her paws like hands to grab the door and pull it open!

Cleo is good with other pets, and with children. She loves to play, is addicted to getting in the water, and loves all sorts of toys. I mean she REALLY loves her toys, especially her Loofa Dog! She quickly bonds with people and loves ear skritches and belly rubs! When you call her in from outside, she comes running so fast, she's like a little golden missile.

All dogs receive a distemper/parvo vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.

*****CARE does not have a physical shelter. We foster these animals in our private homes. We are usually unable to return calls during the week due to our full schedules with work, family and the animals we care for. Please email us an Adoption Form if you are interested in this pet and we'll be happy to get the ball rolling. Pets are shown by appointment after completed adoption forms are received and approved.
