Harper was born last from the litter of three, but she is definitely not the runt. She is bigger than both her brothers and even more playful. This beautiful little girl was the first to stand, walk and even wag her tail. She is a curious little bug who loves to investigate everything. 

Harper was born in foster care on November 2, 2012. Her mom was preggo when she came into rescue. Mom is a Tricolor Chi and dad is a Fawn Chi. Harper will be available for adoption on December 28th at 8 weeks old. We are accepting applications now so that a home can be pre-approved to adopt her on that day. 

All puppies receive a rabies vaccine, a series of 3 distemper/parvovirus vaccines, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE. If adopted prior to spay/neuter, a $100 refundable spay/neuter deposit is required in addtion to the adoption fee. Adopters must be close enough to bring puppies to CARE or CARE's designated Vet clinic for boosters and neuter appointments. A completed adoption application and home visit are required to adopt a puppy. Once all vetting is complete, we do adopt out of state.
