Meet Hola, pronounced "Ola", spanish for Hello! She was left in the drop box at the local kill shelter. When I went to pick her up, the shelter worker brought her out and she literally leapt into my arms, wrapped her long neck around my shoulders and nub wagging like crazy. My first response was "Well....HELLO!"...hence Hola. Hola is full of energy, is very much a VELCRO Dobe and is definitely a leaner! All typical of the Doberman breed. She hates the cold and wet (notice her foot up in the snow picture). She loves to run and loves her toys. When I sit on the couch to eat my dinner and catch a little TV, she will lay down almost behind me, on the couch and wait for the plate to be put aside...then lop her head over into my lap. She is a most sweet, loving girl. She stands still for ear cleaning, and of course, any and all loving. Hola is very food motivated for learning. She already knows sit and is learning to sit and wait for her food at feeding time. All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
